What is the return policy for DragonHawk products?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, needles and pigments cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Do your tattoo machines come with a warranty?

Yes, all our professional machines come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please retain your proof of purchase to initiate a claim.
